  • Consultants can focus on proactive dialogue with all stakeholders to achieve the best results because recruitment processes are smooth and streamlined to minimise bureaucracy
  • We add value to our business relationships, advising and mentoring our customers, providing market insight and expert opinion
  • We measure success based on achieving customer goals rather than internal targets
  • We are proactive, responsive and agile. We can turn around contract and interim assignments within a day, and work to extremely tight deadlines for permanent roles
  • 90% of our work is contingent, 10% is executive search. We use search methods for mid to senior level hires, mapping the market to cover all relevant, passive talent
  • All candidates are fully screened and rigorously assessed before we introduce them to clients
  • We fully support all parties throughout the recruitment process and beyond. Unsuccessful candidates will be given full feedback and advice for their ongoing search where applicable
  • We keep in contact, helping to onboard a new hire, providing general advice on anything from relocating to changing industries
  • We continue to work with clients and our talent communities to ensure the relationship works between all parties for the duration of the role, and work hard to minimise the impact of a finishing contract
