Benefits from the CCS Framework
As you are aware, we have recently been awarded supplier status on the CCS Framework for Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff. This is an amazing achievement for all involved at Boston Hale and is a testament to the incredible level of service our dedicated consultants have provided to our clients and candidates in the NHS and various public sector organisations.
This framework will be made up of six lots, allowing NHS contracting authorities and all UK public sector bodies, such as local government, universities, charities and blue light services the ability to secure quality candidates regionally and nationally across the UK.
There are a host of benefits that come from utilising this framework, but we have listed some of the key benefits below –
- – Its free to use. You do not require a membership to use the framework, and there are no hidden or additional charges
- – The Workforce Alliance conduct inspections to ensure compliance in accordance with NHS Employers Check Standards and Skills for Health
- – They have a range of tools available on the framework to help you with selection, including skills matrix, award support tool, and region matrix
- – Management information is available for all customers to detail reported spend and market analysis
