But, for a room full of the recruitment industries' finest, the date represents a tense, nervous wait as the finalists for the Recruitment Investing In Talent Awards gathered to find out who will take away the prestigious awards.

The competition was extremely tough; fellow finalists included some well-known industry organisations, many of them established brands, operating much longer. As a young, boutique business, we were extremely proud to be amongst them.
On the night, ten of Boston Hale's management team and employees attended the black-tie ceremony. It was a fabulous evening of celebration organised by Recruiter Magazine - the leading industry publication and the company behind the Awards.
And we are delighted to announce that we came away a winner, taking home the Best Onboarding Programme Award!
The awards were judged by an independent panel of industry stalwarts. They recognised the work that Boston Hale has done to create an onboarding programme that puts our values to the fore and equips new starters with the tools they need to start a successful recruitment career.
