Since opening our doors almost two years ago, we’ve come a long way. We had some pretty ambitious goals for the first year, and I’m delighted to say that we have achieved these, and more besides.

In March 2014, Boston Hale began trading, with four excited, motivated and ambitious people armed with ideas for helping solve our clients’ issues and making the business work.

When we moved into our offices in Holborn we had plenty of empty desks waiting to be filled with bright, enthusiastic, customer focused people. Within twelve months, we had increased our brilliant team to fifteen. The atmosphere was positive and enthusiastic, desks were full and business was building.

Six months later, and we hit more milestones, turned over £4 million in 2015 and generated a healthy profit. We outgrew our Holborn office, and relocated to a larger space in the City at the end of 2015. The new office has enabled us to offer a market leading environment, facilities and infrastructure; we have quadrupled our desk space, added more meeting rooms, and created a stylish and contemporary look to the office.

Our three divisions – technology, healthcare and accounting & finance – have all shown strong growth since we began, and we have the privilege of working with some major organisations from various industries and sectors, including commerce, not-for-profit and public sector. I’d like to thank those clients for stepping outside of their usual preferred contracts and trusting Boston Hale.

Of course, we couldn’t have achieved all this without the help of our talented consultants who have worked so hard, alongside the founders, to help make Boston Hale a success. Our leadership ethos and values remain unchanged; we want to continue to challenge ourselves and our competitors, and improve the quality of service being offered to clients in the recruitment space.

This conviction remains, and as long as we continue to deliver against our clients – and our own – exacting standards, I’m sure that even in this highly competitive and challenging industry, we’ll go on to celebrate more milestones and successes as the years progress.
