Our Story

Graham Hale founded the business after working with larger agencies that had become too transactional and had forgotten the customer. Together with Simon Taylor, and with the backing of Chairman and brother Sean Hale, Boston Hale was launched in 2014.

Our ambition is to continue to grow through delivery excellence, with the customer firmly at the centre of everything we do. We’re exploring new markets and regions, harnessing the potential of our consultants and continuously learning and improving.

Corporate Social Responsibility


A constant theme in our employee surveys is ‘giving back’. It’s an area our team feels strongly about.

We’ve introduced regular fundraising events and activities into our working life to enable them to do just that. From our annual Boston Hale Bake Off to personal challenges such as running a marathon, we get behind a different charity each year, voted for by colleagues.

In 2019, we raised money for the Stroke Association and Mind.
