Our Story

Graham Hale founded the business after working with larger agencies that had become too transactional and had forgotten the customer. Together with Simon Taylor, and with the backing of Chairman and brother Sean Hale, Boston Hale was launched in 2014.

Our ambition is to continue to grow through delivery excellence, with the customer firmly at the centre of everything we do. We’re exploring new markets and regions, harnessing the potential of our consultants and continuously learning and improving.


Our personality, our culture, our approach, how we work – all stem from the values that we share. These values are embedded into our business, shaping everything we do – from every phone call we make to how we treat our colleagues.

Corporate Social Responsibility

A constant theme in our employee surveys is ‘giving back’. It’s an area our team feels strongly about.

We’ve introduced regular fundraising events and activities into our working life to enable them to do just that. From our annual Boston Hale Bake Off and Race Nights to personal challenges such as taking part in the Great North Run and London Marathon, we give our support to a different charity each year.

Charities are nominated by the team and decided by a vote. So far, we have raised over £10,000 for charities including the Stroke Association, Maggies Centres, Wilson's Wish and Marie Curie.

Many of our practices operate on a global scale, so our talent networks stretch around the world. We’ve worked on projects for customers based in the UK, Europe, USA, APAC.
