Day to day Tasks:
As a Delivery Consultant, these are the duties you’d be performing daily:
- Receiving and understanding job specifications
- Putting together searches of our database to find suitable candidates for the job
- Attracting new candidates through job advertising and social media
- Conducting video, telephone and in person candidate interviews, assessing their suitability for the job in terms of skills and cultural fit
- Understanding and selling the benefits of a job to candidates
- Formatting CVs to ensure they best reflect candidates’ experiences
- Preparing/coaching candidates for interview
- Updating database records, sending emails, scheduling diaries
- Delivering feedback, positive and negative, to candidates
