Boston Hale are currently working with a dynamic and forward thinking not for profit organisation to recruit for a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidates will be available on short notice and have proven experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across various functions in either a commercial or charity setting.
Day to day duties:
Carry out financial forecasting and lead in the annual budgeting process
Conduct business case and tender reviews
Work alongside the Finance Director to implement internal controls and systems
Ensure all existing processes are being reviewed and improved
Support strategic decision making by providing analysis to senior managers
Produce monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis
Work with non-finance stakeholders to ensure company-wide goals are being met
Liaise with internal and external auditors
CCAB qualified or equivalent
Experience Business Partnering with multi functions
Available to start on short notice
Strong communication skills
