We are currently working with a large global charity to recruit for a Finance Business Partner to provide support and advice to some of their key international stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant who has experience influencing senior stakeholders at a strategic level. Experience within an NGO environment is desirable.

Day to day duties:

• Support leadership teams with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision making
• Assess performance and risks against tracked KPI's
• Business Partner with international stakeholders to improve performance
• Recommend internal process improvements
• Be a key partner in supporting multiple projects across the organisation
• Produce monthly reports, annual budgets and re-forecasting

Essential:

• CCAB Qualified or equivalent
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders at a strategic level
• Excellent communication skills
