We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading charity on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will come with at least a years experience of Finance Business Partnering.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide customer focused partnering services to assigned business areas
• Prepare robust budgets and forecasts accurately and on time
• Ensure consolidated data is accurate and easy to review
• Ensure the budget can be reviewed and approved to planned time frames
• Analyse planning data to highlight variances, trends and risks
• Provide detailed variances and commentary for allocated stakeholders
• Support stakeholders' decision making on actions to be taken
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long term strategic plans
• Ensure ongoing support and improvements of reporting techniques and systems
• Coordinate finance training for budgeting, reporting, purchase orders and processes
• Provide financial project management and reporting as required

Required:

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups & sumifs minimum)
• Outstanding business partnering and customer service skills
• Part qualified
