Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Recent experience independently leading end to end OJEU tenders
• Extensive experience with a range of Hard & Soft FM purchasing categories
• Confident using Public Sector Purchasing Frameworks
• Highly numerate, technically minded with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills - a leader
• Full MCIPS Qualified
• Strong and readily available references
• Must be immediately available
