Our client is a large Government agency and an international leader in their field. They are looking to recruit a Lead Category Manager for Biomedical Labs.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have extensive experience with Biomedical Lab Equipment and related Scientific Services
• Must be full MCIPS qualified; PRINCE2 desirable
• Particulary interested in speaking to candidates with Pathology/Research University Lab spend experience
• Confident and familiar with creating and implementing complex category strategies
• Recent and extensive experience leading OJEU and EU law compliant tenders
• Highly numerate, technically minded with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Demonstrable track record as a manager of Procurement professionals
