An NHS organisation is looking to recruit and interim Project Manager to work on a complex yet very interesting transformation programme.

Day to duties:

• Drive delivery and pace of projects, working closely alongside the Community Transformation Programme Manager and key stakeholders
• Work closely and effectively with internal stakeholders including project sponsors, senior responsible officers and work-stream leads to ensure appropriate project governance and controls are in place throughout the lifecycle of the project (Full project plans; Project Initiation and Business Case documentation; RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) management; Highlight and Exception reporting; Lessons learned; Benefits Realisation)
• Provide support to ensure development of a cohesive single project plan and critical path, dependencies, all milestones and deliverables.
• Develop appropriate work packages in support of delivery of project milestones
• Provide support to ensure workstream leads are equipped and have adequate resources to deliver milestones, escalating where appropriate when risks and issues arising
• Manage and lead weekly project workstream and other project meetings and workshops
• Ensure dynamic and appropriate risk management processes are in place
• Produce all appropriate project documentation
• Co-ordinate data collation, sourcing analysis as required
• Ensure and attend all relevant project meetings

This programme drives the development of new clinical models for our working-age and old-age mental health pathways and will form a central pillar of the organisations programmes.
