Project Manager
My client, a leading Global Consultancy, are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing PMO that has a multitude of projects to deliver, ranging from updating websites, launching new digital products and implementing new data capabilities for various parts of the business.
The Project Manager will establish and run projects that deliver business and technical changes on a grand scale.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Determine scope, establish estimates, dependencies, budgets and plans for projects
- Work with senior stakeholders, the Product Teams, the Software Development Team, marketing, sales and the business to ensure a successful delivery
- Shape and create a clear governance process, identify key stakeholders and implement a cadence, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the project, define requirements and ensure sign-off and approvals are put in place
- Day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects, including but not limited to digital projects
- The individual will be methodical, organized, able to work under pressure, be adaptable and flexible when confronted with change and will have excellent communication skills, with an interest and understanding of technology
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience working as a Project Manager, with a blend of commercial and digital transformation experience
- An understanding of the product development process, including Design, UX/ UI and Back-End development is preferred
