Job Description.

If you a Recruitment Consultant with some experience, increasing in confidence with a growing number of successful placements, we’re keen to hear from you. Recruitment Consultants will receive accelerated training, on-desk learning and mentoring from our Management Team. We’ll provide market leading systems, access to our network of proven candidates and a mix of existing clients and new business opportunities.

Day to day tasks:



As a Recruitment Consultant, these are the duties you’d be performing on a daily basis:




  • Taking job briefs from existing clients and new customers in your specific market. Questioning and challenging where necessary.

  • Utilising our internal database to source candidates, building complex searches and email campaigns.

  • Attracting new candidates with engaging, optimised job advertisements through job boards and social media.

  • Conducting video, telephone and face to face candidate interviews, assessing their suitability for the job in terms of skills and cultural fit.

  • Selling the job, company, benefits and opportunity to candidates.

  • Fully utilising the database to your advantage. Timely, accurate and compliant administration of data.

  • Communication – managing the client and candidate relationship, delivering constructive feedback, both positive and negative, questioning and clarifying.

  • Monitoring your performance through KPIs. Engaging with all training and development activities and seeking to understand and add value to other areas of the business.
