Liaise with Partners to provide strategic pricing options for new and existing matters
Perform diagnostic reviews of matter history across practice groups
Make strategic decisions related to pricing and Alternative Fee Arrangements
Submit language to RFPs as needed to show value to the client
Assess low realization clients with partners to ensure increased profitability
Negotiate client rate renewals while citing statistics on the legal industry
Work with partners to draft emails and aid in their discussions
Research and benchmark industry, performing pricing comparisons to remain competitive
Analytically review and differentiate revenue by Partners, Office and Region
Proven pricing experience within the legal sector
A strong influencer with outstanding stakeholder management skills
Ability and confidence to make strategic and commercial business decisions
Show innovative and commercial acumen when developing pricing structures
