Day to day tasks:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, these are the duties you’d be performing on a daily basis:
- Developing and implementing a new business development strategy for your market covering new and existing customers.
- Using research to identify new business opportunities and monitoring competitor activity.
- Using multiple methodologies to source both active and passive candidates. Writing engaging, optimised job advertisements for job boards, including our own.
- Making full use of social media to extend the reach of your searches and to increase brand awareness and reputation in your market.
- Data management, making full use of our internal resource and ensuring all data is full and accurate.
- Providing sound advice to customers based on expert market knowledge. Engage with the market to keep on top of innovations and change.
- Good management of the recruitment process in its entirety, working with all parties to ensure issues are resolved.
- Communication – managing the client and candidate relationship, delivering constructive feedback, both positive and negative, questioning and clarifying.
- Mentoring less experienced colleagues, supporting the team and helping others across the business
- Putting forward new ideas and suggestions, investigating industry events and creating thought leadership content and blogs.
- Getting involved with our CSR and social events, contributing to the team culture and camaraderie.
