Boston Hale is currently working with one of London's largest charitable housing associations who are looking to recruit a Treasury Operations Manager

Daily Duties

• Ensure the implementation of the annual treasury plan and maintain compliance with treasury policies
• Manage the operational running of the treasury function
• Support the development of the treasury accountants
• Implement debt management strategies and manage loan and covenant agreements
• Manage the day-to-day banking requirements
• Ensure all contractual agreements are met
• Manage the groups cash to ensure all daily cash requirements are met

Required experience:

• CCAB accountancy qualification and ideally a treasury qualification
• Up to date knowledge of treasury regulations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to provide expert technical knowledge
