Our client is one of London’s leading NHS trusts. Their Procurement function is a market leader for innovation and strategic practice.

They are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager, to join a growing team and assist a Senior Contracts Manager.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Contract compliance/governance
  • Performance management working with and monitoring KPI’s
  • Providing solutions to contract related problems
  • Rewriting and altering contracts where necessary
  • Validating invoices
  • Analysing expenditure
  • Liaising with Procurement management teams
  • Overseeing successful contract implementations

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Extensive contracts management experience
  • Experience working alongside or within Procurement
  • Recent experience working with OJEU contracts
  • Demonstrable track record of strategic Contract management
  • Highly numerate, technically minded with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ambitious and open to learning new skills
  • Experience in the NHS is not essential
