Catherine mentors and manages a team of accountancy and finance specialist recruitment consultants.  With a hands-on style, she recruits interim roles with a particular interest in not-for-profit sectors including housing, education and charities.

Achievements

Rapid progression to management level after joining Boston Hale fresh from university. Catherine has built a proven, specialist network of interims and strong business relationships with a core client base. She regularly attends major industry events, such as the Housing Finance Conference, and leads the production of annual salary and benefits benchmarking.
