Head of Training & Development, Rebecca Lawrie
Rebecca has been working in recruitment training and coaching since 2004, developing people from entry to Board level. She delivers the 10 week training programme for new starters and supports recruitment consultants at all levels with coaching and training designed around their specific needs and ambitions.
You'll also learn from our highly experienced leadership and management teams, as well as from your peers and specialist consultants. We invest in external courses to enhance the development we offer internally.
