  • Working with Practice Group Partners to manage large client portfolios through litigation life cycle
  • Working with partners on benchmarking, budget setting and fee proposals for new engagements
  • Collecting and analyzing matter data for performance, pricing, work plans and efficiency across practices
  • Improving operational efficiency, forecasting and effectiveness using LPM concepts and BI reporting tools
  • Reviewing and analyzing complex matter data related to billing, fee arrangements and tasks
  • Tracking after actions, budget v actuals, client dashboards, narratives and tasks performed
  • Enabling Firm practice groups to budget and price matters more effectively
  • Conducting after action reviews and analysis to assist future pricing and client relationship management
  • Identifying reasons for variance such as rate, staffing, time overruns, or out of-scope work
  • Assisting with the preparation of RFP responses and providing internal reporting to business service professionals in support of alternative fee arrangements
  • Monitoring existing matters, establishing both client and internal reporting and procuring new business
  • Assisting legal matter stakeholders with benchmarking, budgeting, organizing matter project plans
  • Managing existing matters and reviewing completed matters to aid future budgeting and pricing efforts using tools such as SQL and Tableau
