His focus spans a broad range of hires, from strategic leadership roles through to specialist positions across communications, client development, CRM, and digital marketing.

His recruitment experience includes working with law firms and the technology companies that support them, alongside earlier exposure to US-based construction firms.

As part of Boston Hale’s wider Legal Business Services practice, Jerome supports David Pynor and Simon Taylor, delivering to Am Law 200 firms across multiple states. His work centres on helping firms build out high-performing BD and marketing teams to support their future growth strategies.
