Project Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a pivotal transformation project for a leading research organization.

1-2 days a week on-site in Richmond

In this role, you will oversee the migration of approximately 3,000 SharePoint sites from on-premises to SharePoint Online. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of a consolidated and standardized SharePoint environment, designed to meet the organization's long-term needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage the end-to-end delivery of the SharePoint migration project.

  Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with technical teams to map the current state and implement the future state of the SharePoint environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management for the project.

  
  

Preferred Background:

• 
  

  Experience managing web platform, application delivery, or Microsoft 365 projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
