Graham founded Boston Hale in 2014 and leads the business, with a focus on supporting US law firms with senior hires across Legal Business Services. Alongside setting the direction of the company, he works closely with clients in an advisory capacity, particularly on high-level and business-critical appointments.

With over two decades of experience in recruitment, he brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to hiring, helping organisations define requirements, assess the market and secure the right talent. He remains actively involved in senior searches, working with the team to deliver against complex mandates.
