Overview

Sean is Chairman of Boston Hale, working closely with the leadership team in the UK and US to support the strategic direction and long-term vision of the business. Based in the US, he provides guidance on growth, market positioning and international expansion.

Role & Responsibilities

As co-owner and investor, Sean acts as an advisor and sounding board to the executive management team, working closely with Graham and Simon on key decisions. His focus is on shaping the long-term direction of the business and supporting the development of new markets and opportunities.

Experience & Background

Sean has established, managed and developed businesses across the USA, UK and Australia. His experience spans a range of sectors, with a consistent focus on building and growing organisations.

He also holds the position of Chairman at the FSL Scholarship Foundation in Boston, USA, and has held numerous leadership roles across education, learning and language training businesses.
