Role

Simon is responsible for customer delivery and implementation of recruitment strategies across the business. He oversees the execution of customer-centric initiatives and process quality control, as well as leading internal performance management and analysis. He also leads the Legal Business Services and Healthcare practices.

Achievements

Has a track record of growing business areas through the development and guidance of recruitment consultants, expansion of teams and increasing the customer base. Simon continues to use his recruitment skills, personally recruiting for senior level hires across Legal Business Services and Strategic Healthcare. He takes a lead role in mentoring team members and delivers a high level customer advisory service.

Previous career

His recruitment career began in 2000 and spans multiple sectors, including finance, legal and healthcare, with many years in senior roles leading the growth and development of contract and permanent recruitment teams.
