Ideally this position will be based in Denver, but they are also open to those who will work in DC, Florida, NM, NJ, WY, NV & CA

I'm working with a highly regarded AM Law 200 law firm that is seeking an experienced Innovation Business Partner to join its team. This is a newly created position at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation-ideal for a former or currently licensed attorney who wants to stay close to practice without the pressures of billable hours / Law Practice experienced technologist.

In this influential role, you'll act as a bridge between the firm's IT and legal teams, helping shape how technology empowers modern legal practice. From driving adoption of emerging tools to advising on the responsible use of generative AI, you'll play a key part in ensuring technology aligns with real-world legal workflows and enhances client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  Serve as a trusted liaison between legal professionals and IT teams, gathering insights, understanding workflows and processes and translating them into actionable business requirements.

  Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies, including AI-enabled tools, in collaboration with stakeholders across the firm.

  Champion user experience, drive adoption of legal tech platforms, and deliver tailored training support plans.

  Support change management, technology rollouts, and firmwide communication strategies.

  
  

About You: You'll ideally have a Juris Doctor (JD) and / or prior practice experience in a similar role, along with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools such as iManage, Litera, Intapp, Microsoft 365, and / or AI-powered legal solutions is highly valued.
