A global Am Law Firm is looking for an accomplished Legal Operations professional to lead a client value team for a selection of key clients. A fantastic opportunity for someone to drive value whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Day-to-day duties:

• Lead a team to strengthen strategic client relationships and deploy firm resources


• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams


• Work with Pricing, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and eDiscovery to ensure that client strategy is implemented consistently


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders


• Partner with Relationship Managers and Marketing to understand client business objectives and track key client deliverables


• Report on relevant outcomes while highlighting value generated by the team


• Oversee the implementation of pricing and project management best practices to improve financial metrics of client relationships


• Improve client services and implement LPM best practices

Qualifications & experience:

• Experience managing legal operations and interdisciplinary teams


• Am Law 100 and/or equivalent in-house legal experience


• PMP, MBA and/or JD is preferred


• Strong knowledge of US, European, and international legal markets
