The Housing Finance Conference is the flagship event for senior Accounting & Finance professionals operating in the Housing sector.
Held at the ACC in Liverpool, the event takes place on 18th & 19th March, its 38th year.
The theme this year is ‘Embracing the speed of change’.
The past few years have been dominated by political and economic uncertainty, creating huge challenges for the housing industry. The industry now has an opportunity for ‘social housing to reinvent itself’.
Innovation is one way organisations have approached these challenges, with offsite construction, AI and analytics. But these solutions require rapid change and transformation, from the way projects are financed to changes in strategy, risk and technology.
With Brexit underway, more changes in the regulatory landscape, sourcing talent, mitigation of risk and safeguarding financial health are looming. Many of these issues will be discussed throughout the two day conference.
The Housing Finance Conference content has been streamed so that, whatever your role, you can ‘tailor make’ an agenda to suit. Those streams are:
The conference also offers an opportunity to network with people from across the housing finance community, as well as engaging with over 120 exhibitors who work with the housing sector. We’ll be on stand 708.
We have worked with the housing finance sector since inception, and count some of the biggest, most innovative associations and bodies as our customers.
As a finance recruitment partner, we offer permanent, interim and contract talent solutions for roles across the finance function – from CFOs to part-qualified Accountants.
Our talent community includes people who have a long track record of working within the sector. That network is growing all the time as we continue to meet with finance professionals within housing and other not-for-profit industry sectors.
