Led by our Executive Director, Simon Taylor, the Legal Business Services practice has grown its US client base by 200% plus over the past two years. We’ve delivered a range of senior mandates across Client Value, Technology and Legal Operations, from Senior Manager to C-Suite.
As a business embedded in the market, we regularly travel to the US to meet with clients face to face, explore career opportunities with candidates and stay on top of market trends, innovations and debates. In 2025, we’ve met with our network across the US in Washington, Boston, New York, Chicago and LVNx.
There is huge potential in this niche, growing market, which is rapidly evolving with new technology and AI. Our hiring focuses on high-level, permanent positions that will have a significant impact on the firm and as such, require a more search-orientated approach.
