We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in 3 categories for the Investing In Talent Awards!

The Investing In Talent Awards, run by Recruiter Magazine, is a prestigious event that is all about recognising those companies that see the value of investing in its current and future talent. It helps to shine a light on the companies that are going above and beyond with their learning & development policies, or their pay & benefits strategies; and once again, we are one of them!

We have been nominated in 3 sperate areas:

1. Most Effective Professional Development
2. Best Onboarding Programme
3. Best Recruitment Agency To Work For

Whilst being shortlisted for any of the awards is an amazing achievement in itself, we are particularly happy to have been nominated for these specific categories, as our onboarding and professional development are both areas we invest heavily in at Boston Hale. We have an extensive training plan for all our new starters and create bespoke career plans for our long-standing members of the Boston Hale team, all of which is overseen by Rebecca Lawrie, our Head of Training & Development. We know that in order to get the best out of our people, we need to provide the best, and we believe our professional development and onboarding is a clear example of this.

The awards night will be held on the 31st October, and we can’t wait! It is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication demonstrated by various companies in the recruitment industry and we are honoured to be celebrating alongside them.
