We're hiring a Business Development Manager to support a leading Litigation & Investigations practice at a globally recognized, AM top 40 firm.

This is a strategic, high-impact position where you'll work directly with senior lawyers and leadership to drive growth and shape the future of the practice. You won't just be supporting - you'll be influencing decisions, leading initiatives, and owning key relationships that directly contribute to revenue and market positioning.

  • Driving thought leadership, events, and profile-raising activity
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver cross-practice growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in business development/marketing within professional services (legal sector experience highly desirable)
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, strategic approach
