This AM Law 200 firm are looking to hire an accomplished pricing professional who can lead and develop the pricing team. Performing at a Senior Management level the successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with all levels of interna and external stakeholders whilst ensuring best practice at all times.

Day to day duties:

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of pricing analysts
• Ensure pricing strategy development, data analysis, and client engagement
• Develop and implement pricing models and fee arrangements
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop innovative pricing solutions
• Work closely with attorneys to understand client requirements
• Work with clients to ensure their pricing needs are met
• Develop and deliver training sessions for attorneys on pricing strategies
• Primary point of contact for key clients regarding pricing matters
• Utilize data analytics to assess pricing effectiveness
• Monitor market trends, and evaluate client profitability
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Communicate pricing updates, strategies, and insights effectively
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Person requirements:

• Demonstrable Law firm pricing experience
• Ability to manage, coach and mentor staff
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
