We are currently working with a dynamic and forward thinking not for profit organisation to recruit for 2 Finance Business Partner posts. One will be a permanent position and the other a 12-month fixed term contract.
The successful candidates will have proven experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across various functions in either a commercial or charity setting.
Day to day duties:
- Carry out financial forecasting and lead in the annual budgeting process
- Conduct business case and tender reviews
- Work alongside the Finance Director to implement internal controls and systems
- Ensure all existing processes are being reviewed and improved
- Support strategic decision making by providing analysis to senior managers
- Produce monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis
- Work with non-finance stakeholders to ensure company-wide goals are being met
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
Essentials:
- CCAB qualified or equivalent
- Experience Business Partnering with multi functions
- Strong communication skills
