We are currently partnered with a well renowned UK based charity to recruit for a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month FTC.

The successful candidate will have previously worked with non-finance stakeholders to explain complex accounting issues. Experience working within a charity environment is desirable.

Day to day duties:

• Continuously drive improvements and monitor financial performance
• Partner with various functions to help them effectively manage their budgets
• Provide training and develop learning materials for non-finance staff
• Provide precise financial analysis to different stakeholder groups
• Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and variance analysis
• Report financial control issues to senior management
• Monitor performance information against objectives, outcomes and KPI's

Essential:

• CCAB part qualified or above
• Business partnered with non-financial stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
