Business Development Manager - Corporate



Hybrid | Top-Tier Global Law Firm | $150,000-$215,000 + Exceptional Benefits



Locations: New York, Washington D.C., Boston



 



We're partnering with a globally recognized, AM Top 40 law firm to appoint a Business Development Manager within its high-performing Corporate and Financial Institutions team.

Key responsibilities




  • Partner with senior lawyers to develop and execute business development strategies

  • Lead pitches, proposals, and client targeting initiatives across the firm

  • Identify growth opportunities and strengthen key client relationships

  • Drive thought leadership campaigns, events, and profile-raising activity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support firmwide growth initiatives



 



Requirements




  • 3+ years' experience in business development or marketing within a law firm

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to deliver tangible results

  • Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Strategic, proactive, and highly effective communicator
