What we did:
We deployed our proven search methodology for this role, investing plenty of time during the initial briefing stages to ensure we had a tight brief based on sound understanding of the nuances of the position. The same process is conducted with candidates, ensuring their personal ambitions and aspirations will be met by the role on offer. The process covered the whole market, including:
Results:
From our in-depth screening process, four candidates were identified and three put forward for interview. One candidate was a strong fit, but out of scope in terms of salary. A period of consulting with all parties led to a successful offer, combining flexible working hours with a competitive package, benefitting all customers. Our successful candidate remains happy in her role over a year later, and her responsibilities have expanded from an initial UK remit to include Northern Europe. Our relationship with the client team continues to thrive.
