Background: A solid relationship with the HR Manager led to a request for Boston Hale to help with a Country Purchasing Manager search. Cultural fit, personality and influencing skills were the main priority, backed up with strong technical procurement skills. The customer champions the creation of aflexible workforce and have a strong diversity & inclusion programme which influences their approach to hiring.

What we did:
