We have also realigned our internal business structure and teams to cover functional practice areas covering all sectors rather than sector specific teams. The move allows us to offer candidates with transferable skills the opportunity to move into new related sectors, and will open up a wider pool of talent to clients.
Existing practices areas have been shuffled, leading to the creation of a Strategy & Transformation division, led by Chris Maddison who previously focused primarily on these roles within the Healthcare sector.
“The aim is to help clients streamline their roster of suppliers; rather than using 3 or 4 different recruitment companies, clients can source talent for the majority of their business needs through us. They will enjoy a consistent level of service, and an aligned, joined up approach.” says Simon Taylor, Executive Director.
Dealing with one agency who can deliver across multiple functions will ultimately make life easier for clients. We can build more meaningful, productive relationships because we are embedded in that organisation, and understand the business much better than an agency who is dealing with isolated roles on a sporadic basis. The client/supplier relationship becomes a strategic, long term partnership rather than a transactional necessity.
Graham Hale, Managing Director, also believes that the changes will benefit Boston Hale’s own recruitment consultants
‹ Back“Increasing our range of services is clearly good news for our team. As we grow, there will be more opportunities for our people to develop their own careers, move into new areas, widen their networks and work with a new exciting range of client businesses.
The addition of these new practice areas has also allowed us to continue expanding our footprint further into other locations in Europe, North America and the Middle East.”
